The customer acknowledges that his personal data, including title, first name, last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, will be processed by the contractor as the administrator, in order to fulfill the rights and obligations of concluded contracts and compliance with the obligations imposed by the Accounting Act.
Personal data will be processed on the basis of this consent for the duration of the existence of the controller. The Contractor is entitled to transfer personal data to other persons to fulfill the purpose of processing personal data.
The Client has, under the conditions set out in Act No. 01/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, the right to access personal data, and the right to request an explanation, blocking, addition, correction or destruction of personal data and the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.
By signing the GDPR document, the Client agrees that the Contractor, as the controller, will process the customer's personal data in the scope of title, first name, last name, e-mail address under the above conditions also for the purpose of offering trade and services.
